01The product

What are you promoting?

This is the product the brand wants you to feature on camera.

The Marblism Digital AI employee platform

DigitalSubscription

Marblism consists of six specialized AI "employees" that each focus on a distinct department of a small business. Because they are connected through a shared knowledge layer called "The Brain," they are aware of your business context, tone of voice, and goals simultaneously, allowing them to collaborate on tasks.

The Six AI Employees:

  1. 01
Eva (Executive Assistant): Manages email inboxes, triages messages, drafts responses, and handles meeting scheduling.
  2. 02
Penny (SEO Blog Writer): Researches niche-specific keywords and writes/publishes SEO-optimized long-form blog content.
  3. 03
Sonny (Social Media Manager): Repurposes Penny’s content into social posts, creates AI images for posts, and manages your posting schedule across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  4. 04
Stan (Lead Generation Specialist): Identifies potential clients from a database of millions, drafts personalized outreach sequences, and automates lead follow-ups.
  5. 05
Rachel (AI Receptionist): Handles inbound phone calls 24/7, responds to common FAQs, and books appointments.
  6. 06
Linda (Legal Assistant): Summarizes contracts and flags risky clauses (like auto-renewals or unfavorable liability terms) in plain English.

Video Inspo

Here are videos that we want you to recreate:

Content Requirements

  • You must sign up to the Marblism platform before creating content. No exceptions. You need to actually log in, set up at least one AI Employee, and use it. We can tell when creators haven't, and that content won't be approved.
  • Videos must include real platform footage. Screen recordings of the dashboard, the AI Employees chat interface, Stan running outreach, Sonny scheduling posts, your inbox being handled, etc.
  • Videos that only show the marketing website are not allowed and will not be approved. The website is fine as a brief shot, but the bulk of the content should show the actual product in use.
  • If you're not sure what to record inside the platform, ask the UGC Bloom team and we'll point you to the best screens to capture.
  • You have to mention your personal promo code in your video, urge people to use it for cheaper access to Marblism.

AI EMPLOYEES VS. AI AGENTS (important — please communicate this in your content)

Most AI tools are single-task agents. You give them one instruction, they run it, and they stop. You have to babysit them, prompt them, and stitch them together yourself. They don't know your business or your goals. AI Employees are different. They live inside your business. They learn your tone, your offer, your customers, and your workflow. They work continuously, coordinate with each other, and report back like a real team member would. You give them a role, not a prompt. Marblism builds AI Employees, not agents. That distinction is the whole pitch — and it's worth making clear in your content

The Conversion Framework

We are looking for high-performance, viral content. Don't reinvent the wheel → leverage existing success patterns in the AI/Productivity/SaaS niche.

  • Analyze: Check out current viral videos in our niche for inspiration:
  • Adapt: Use their structures, hooks, and pacing, but tailor them to the Marblism product.
  • Execute: Ensure your video hits a pain point (time management, routine) within the first 2-3 seconds.

04Audience

Who is the target audience?

Open on a person who recognises themselves the moment your video starts. Specificity beats reach.

Who this is for

  1. 01Small business owners
  2. 02Founders
  3. 03Freelancers
  4. 04Entrepreneurs

What's frustrating them

  1. 01Too many work emails
  2. 02Always behind on their content plan
  3. 03Hate sales outreach
  4. 04Feel like they're doing everything themselves

05Payment

How will you get paid?

Guaranteed base pay on every live video, with performance bonuses stacked on top.

Guaranteed

$70

Viewers get 10% off with your personal promo code.

  • For you

You earn a 10% commission on each sale.

06Hooks & tone

What tone and angles should you bring?

Copy a ready-made scenario word-for-word if it fits — those are good to film as-is. The hook bank is suggestions only, so treat those as starting points and make them sound like you.

Tone

  1. 01 Speak to the founder who's doing everything themselves — not a tech-savvy early adopter. This person is 30+, overwhelmed, and not interested in learning AI tools. They want something that just works.
  2. 02Content should be fast, engaging, personality-driven, authentic, and entertaining. Avoid content that feels like corporate advertising.

Hook bank

  1. 01
Brands still think ads work like this… but creators changed everything.
  2. 02
POV: your AI employee handles sales while you sleep.
  3. 03
Small business owners are drowning in admin. That’s exactly what Marblism fixes.
  4. 04
You don’t need 5 hires. You need 5 AI Employees.
  5. 05
Why I stopped doing my own outreach (and let Stan handle it).
  6. 06
Founders who use AI Employees are growing faster — here’s why.
