Influencer contract management

Influencer contract management keeps a contract for every creator, tracks the usage rights to an end date, and lets you renew before that date. You can use it as part of a full campaign, or on its own. Contracting is unlimited. See our pricing page for current rates.

  • With a campaign, or on its own
  • Unlimited contracts
  • Usage rights tracked

The short answer.

The price, the usage period and whitelisting, when you grant it, are written into UGCBloom’s contract from the deal you agreed. The contract is rendered as a PDF. The creator signs in UGCBloom, and you countersign.

Usage rights and whitelisting are each tracked with a start, an end, and a status. A licence with 30 days or fewer left is marked expiring. Once the end date has passed, it is marked lapsed until it is renewed.

Where the contract already includes renewal options, you can exercise them. Where it has no price for a renewal, you can ask Bloom AI to negotiate one with the creator before the licence ends. The creator signs that addendum.

What it costs.

Use it with a campaign, or on its own. Unlimited contracting.

How it works.

From the agreed deal to a licence you can see ending.

How influencer contract management runs: the agreed price, usage period and whitelisting are written into the contract; the contract is rendered as a PDF, the creator signs in UGCBloom and you countersign; usage rights and whitelisting are tracked with a start, an end and a status; a licence within 30 days of its end is marked expiring, and you can exercise a renewal option already in the contract or ask Bloom AI to negotiate one.

01

Terms come from the deal

The agreed price, the usage period and whitelisting, when the deal grants it, are written into the contract. The agreement is UGCBloom’s.

02

A PDF, then both sides sign

The contract is rendered as a PDF. The creator signs in UGCBloom, and you countersign. The agreement takes effect once it is countersigned.

03

Rights are inventoried

Usage rights and whitelisting are listed separately. Each row has a term in months or perpetual, a start, an end, and a status: upcoming, active, expiring, lapsed, or bought out.

04

Renew before the end date

A licence with 30 days or fewer left is marked expiring. You can exercise a renewal option the contract already includes, or ask Bloom AI to negotiate a price and have the creator sign the addendum.

What the inventory records.

Usage rights and whitelisting, the two rights the inventory tracks, with the term and the status recorded for each.
RightTermWhat is recorded
Usage rightsA number of months, or perpetualStart, end, and status. Expiring means 30 days or fewer left. Lapsed means the end date has passed.
WhitelistingA number of months, or perpetual, only when the contract grants itThe same clock, kept separately. Whitelisting is the right to run paid ads from the creator’s post.

Renewals.

A contract can include renewal options agreed up front: another fixed term, a monthly extension, or a buyout that makes the right perpetual. You exercise an option that is already in the contract. If the contract never priced a renewal, you ask Bloom AI to negotiate one. The creator signs the addendum, and you then decide whether to pay for it.

  • Expiring is 30 days or fewer before the end date.
  • Lapsed means the licence has ended. Nothing is licensed until it is renewed.
  • A pre-agreed option can be exercised from the contract.
  • A renewal that was never priced is negotiated, then the creator signs the addendum.

Less manual work.

The labour it replaces. Drafting each agreement by hand, chasing the signature, and tracking rights on a calendar. The contract is rendered as a PDF. The creator signs in UGCBloom, and you countersign.

The errors it cuts. Usage rights and whitelisting each have an end date. A licence with 30 days or fewer left is marked expiring. After the end date it is marked lapsed, so an ended right is not still treated as live.

The speed it adds. You can exercise a renewal option already in the contract, or ask Bloom AI to negotiate one, before that end date. The creator signs the addendum.

Not legal advice. These contracts record the terms of a creator deal. They are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer, and a lawyer’s review is not part of this plan.

Questions.

The contract on this plan is UGCBloom’s agreement. The price, the usage period, and whitelisting when you grant it, are filled in from the deal you agreed.

Usage rights are a period in months, or perpetual. Whitelisting, when the contract grants it, is a separate right, also in months or perpetual: the right to run paid ads from the creator’s post. Each has its own start, end and status.

A licence with 30 days or fewer left is marked expiring. After the end date it is marked lapsed, and nothing is licensed until it is renewed. You can exercise a renewal option already in the contract, or ask Bloom AI to negotiate a new price for the creator to sign.

The agreement text is in English, and English is the version that binds. Section headings can be shown in the creator’s language.

No. A lawyer’s review is not part of this plan. The contracts are a record of the deal, and they are not legal advice.
